Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bulgar Wheat (dry)
- 1 1/2 cups Boiling Water
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Salt
- 1 package Yeast
- 1/4 cup Warm Water
- 3 1/2 cups All-purpose flour

Preparation
Step 1
Combine bulgur, boiling water, honey oil and salt in large measuring cup. Cool to lukewarm. Pour into bread machine pan. Add yeast, flour, and remaining water. Put on dough setting. Shape into loaves. Place in greased loaf pans. Cove and let rise until doubled in bulk about one hour. Bake 350' oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Brush with butter
