Egg Souffle

Ingredients

  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 1 lb link sausage
  • 6 slices bread, crust removed and cut in cubes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and horseradish and set aside. Cook sausage, drain, and dice. Mix sausage with eggs and bread cubes.
Pour into buttered casserole, sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
