Preparation
Step 1
mix cake mix, oranges w/juice, eggs, an oil in mixer
mix until orange slices are broken up and batter is fluffy
bake in greased and floured tube or bunt pan
at 350* for 50 to 60 minutes
cut cake in half crosswise when cool
PREPARE ICING
blend pineapple w/juice, cool whip and dry pudding mix
mix well
put between layers
top with confectioners sugar if desired
