  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup wild blueberries

Step 1

Process flour, sugar and butter until it is in crumbs (15 - 20 seconds). Put 1 cup of crumbs aside for topping.

Dissolve baking soda in sour cream and add to processor with baking powder and eggs.

Process for 6 - 8 seconds.

Stir in blueberries by hand.

Spread in greased and floured 9" square baking pan and sprinkle crumbs.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
