Grilled Cabbage & Carrots

  • 2 2 2 strips thick sliced bacon, diced
  • 2 2 2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 2 2 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 2 2 2 tbs unsalted butter, cubed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1 1 tbs chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook bacon until crisp; transfer to a paper towel lined plate. Combine cabbage, carrots and butter, season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a foil packet. Grill vegetable packs 6 minutes. Flipping once. Toss vegetables with bacon and parsley before serving.
