Ingredients
- 6 6 6 large eggs at room temperature
- 1 1 1 C coconut flour sifted
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C flaxseed meal
- 1 1 1 t salt
- 1 1 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C water
- 1 1 1 T apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine. Add the wet ingredients until it comes together, it will be dense. Press it into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Allow to cool until you can handle the pan and remove the bread to cool completely.
