4 Layer Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1 1 stick of butter
• 1 1 1 cup sugar
• 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 3 3 eggs
• 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup flour
• 2 2
• 8 8 8 oz cream cheese
• 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup rocata cheese
• 2 2 2 eggs
• 8 8 8 oz unsweetened chocolate
• 3 3
• 8 8 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 4
• 1 1 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 2 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

layer 1
cream butter and sugar together
mix in vanilla, egg, cocoa and flour
put in spring form pan

layer 2
cream together cream cheese, sugar and Rocata cheese
add eggs
melt chocolate, add to cheese mixture
spread on top of 1st layer
bake at 350 for 12 minutes
cover bake 12 minutes more
chill a couple of hours

layer 3
whip together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla
spread on chilled cake
DO NO TOUCH SIDES
freeze 30 minutes

layer 4
bring to a boil the heavy cream and butter
add dark chocolate chips
pour over cheese cake
