Open-faced Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 slice toast
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
  • 2 oz. slice of swiss
  • 1/2 c. saeurkraut, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Spread toast w/ mustard. Sprinkle w/ caraway seeds. Top w/ cheese and sauerkraut, broil @ 4" from heat for 4 min. or till top is browned.
