Anisette Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 (9) eggs
  • 1 1/2 (4 1/2) cups flour
  • 1/2 (1 1/2) cups sugar
  • 1/4 (3/4) cups oil
  • 1/4 (3/4) cups crisco
  • Pinch Pinch (1/2 tsp) salt
  • Anisette flavoring - a few drops
  • 2 - 3 tsp (6 - 9 tsp) - Anisette seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything together well while preheating the iron. Put 1/2 tsp batter on each design. Remove when cookie is light brown.
