VELVEETA Queso Fundido

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. hot breakfast pork sausage
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) Mexican VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 large tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 lb. hot breakfast pork sausage
  • 1 1 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 1 1/2-inch pkg. (16 oz.) Mexican VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 1 1 large tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 2 2 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

Crumble sausage into large ovenproof skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook until done, stirring frequently. Remove sausage from skillet; drain.

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly onto bottom of skillet; top with sausage, VELVEETA, tomatoes and onions.

Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.

Sprinkle with cilantro.
