Preparation
Step 1
Bring large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add beans and cook 5 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water. Toast walnuts in large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, 3 minutes. Remove from skillet. Heat oil in same skillet. Add shallots, saute 5 minutes. Add beans, nuts, salt, pepper. Toss over medium heat 2 minutes or until hot.
