Ingredients
- 21.5 oz. package brownie mix
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Grease bottom only of 13" x 9" pan and our in mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with 1-1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, spread when melted. Let cool, cut into squares. Top with vanilla ice cream and spoonfuls of remaining cherry pie filling.
