Ingredients
- 2 T roasted pistachios, chopped
- 2 T dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 8-10 oz log fresh goat cheese
- Crackers or bread, for serving
Preparation
Step 1
On a large plate, combine the pistachios and cranberries. Roll the goat cheese in the fruit-and-nut mixture to coat. Serve with the crackers or bread.
Make ahead: The cheese can be coated up to 2 days in advance; refrigerate covered.
