Crabcake Mix Crab Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 1 1 egg
• 1 1 1 cup Mayonnaise
• 1 1 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
• 1 1 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay
• 1 1 1 pinch Kosher Salt
• 1 1 1 dash Tabasco Sauce
• Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix.
• 1/2 1/2 to 3/4 to 3/4 cup Crab Cake Mix
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Cracker Meal
• 1 1 1 tablespoon Parsley
• 1 1 1 pound Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Roasted Red Peppers

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. Dice Roasted Red Peppers.3. Place Crabmeat, Red Peppers, Parsley, and Crab Cake Mix in a bowl.4. Mix gently.5. Add Cracker Meal and gently mix.6. Portion into 3-ounce balls.7. Place Crab Balls on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 20-25 min.
