Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 (20 oz) Pineapple Tidbits
- 6 Tbsp Flour
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 6 Tbsp Pineapple juice
- 2 Cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Roll Ritz Crackers
- 1 1/2 Sticks Butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Place drained pineapple in casserole dish (9x13). Mix flour, sugar, pineapple juice and cheese. Pour mixture over pineapple in dish. Cover with Ritz Crackers. Pour melted butter over top.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned.
