Ingredients
- 2 quarts of cut up chicken
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 2 lbs of seedless grapes
- 2 - 3 cups of toasted almonds (save half to go on top of salad)
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 T. curry powder
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 2 T lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice. Mix with all other ingredients.
Refrigerate before serving. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
