Drumstick Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Bottom:
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers (Nila)
  • 1/4 cup mealted butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • Reserve 1/4 cup crumbs for the top.
  • Combine all ingredients and press into spring form pan.
  • Filling:
  • 1 pkg cream cheese (8 OZ.)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tub Cool Whip (500 ml)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream, cream cheese and peanut butter together. Mix in sugar and eggs (one at a time), beat well.

Add cool whip and then pour over crumbs.

Drizzle 4-6 tbsp chocolate sauce (Nestle Quik/ Brown Cow)

Swirl over top and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.

Chill 2-3 hours in freezer.

Cut into squares.
