Ingredients
- Bottom:
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers (Nila)
- 1/4 cup mealted butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- Reserve 1/4 cup crumbs for the top.
- Combine all ingredients and press into spring form pan.
- Filling:
- 1 pkg cream cheese (8 OZ.)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tub Cool Whip (500 ml)
Preparation
Step 1
Cream, cream cheese and peanut butter together. Mix in sugar and eggs (one at a time), beat well.
Add cool whip and then pour over crumbs.
Drizzle 4-6 tbsp chocolate sauce (Nestle Quik/ Brown Cow)
Swirl over top and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Chill 2-3 hours in freezer.
Cut into squares.
