Chocolate Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cups finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cups vanilla
  • 1 8oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 T brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and brown sugar. Beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 2 hours and then take out and shape into ball. Roll to coat with nuts. Serve with graham crackers.
