GRAPE VODKA COCKTAIL CUBES

Ingredients

• 2 3 2 3 2 3 oz pkg grape-flavor gelatin
• 1 1 1 cup boiling water
• 1 1 1 cup lemon-lime carbonated beverage
• 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup vodka
• Splash Splash of lime juice
• Nonstick cooking spray
• Lime wedges (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl stir together grape gelatin and boiling water until fully dissolved. Add lemon-lime beverage, vodka and lime juice.

Coat a 2 quart square baking dish with cooking spray. Pour gelatin mixture into dish. Chill 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares. Serve in cocktail glasses. If desired, top with fresh lime wedges.
