Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 4 cups of baked squash
  • 1 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 10 oz can evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the above ingredients add 1 10oz evaporated milk (most cans are 12-13 oz so just cut back a tad)

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 mins in a 9x13 pan. Add topping last 10 mins of baking
