Brie Crescents

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) pkg crescent rolls
  • 8 tsp raspberry jam
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into 4 inch long strips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375. Unwrap crescent rolls; separate into triangles. Lightly spread 1 tsp jam across wide end of each triangle. Place cheese strips on wide end of each triangle.

2. Roll each from wide to narrow point into crescent shape. Place, with open cheese side up, on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until croissants are golden brown.

4. Serve immediately.
