    8 oz Gruyere cheese, shredded

  • 1 1

    1 egg yolk

  • 2 2

    2 tblsp heavy cream

  • 1/2 8 1/2 8

    1/2 8 oz pkg phyllo dough

  • Melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Combine cheese, egg yolk and heavy cream in small bowl. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Cut phyllo dough sheets into 5 inch pieces. Layer 3 sheets of dough on top of each other for each bundle, brushing butter between layers as directed on package. Prepare 10 of these sets. Place 1 tablespoon reserved cheese mixture in center of each set of dough. Bring up ends and twist at top to make bundles. Place on large baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until browned. Cool
