Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. fresh basil
- 2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/3 c. pine nuts
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. grated fresh parm. cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, finely chop together basil, parm. cheese, pine nuts, s&p. With motor running, add 1/3 c. oil in thin, steady stream. Stir in garlic. Divide among four 4 oz. air-tight jars; top w/ remaining oil. Can be refrigerated up to 3 days or frozen up to 6 months.
