Lemon chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs
  • salt and pepper,
  • 2 2 2 lemons for a family pack of thighs
  • 1/4 1/4c 1/4c water

Preparation

Step 1

Chicken thighs, salt and pepper, brown well on both sides in a skillet. Add lemon juice (I like 2 lemons for a family pack of thighs) + 1/4c water and cover with lid. Let simmer on low 20 minutes flipping once. It falls off the bone when done. Enjoy!
