Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400

Spray large sheet pan with nonstick spray

Arrange cabbage in a single layer on the sheet pan so the edges are all touching. Slather pesto on steak and be generous

Top with cheese and tomato and artichoke and bake until the edges are crisp and the cheese is bubbly, about 20 minutes.

Garnish with Basil and serve with more pesto for dipping.
