Ingredients
- *Combine all the above and add:
- 1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger or 2 Cups Cooked Chicken, 2 Breasts
- 1 Small Onion, Diced (Microwave 2 minutes)
- 4 Stalks Celery, Diced (Microwave 4 minutes)
- 6 Oz. Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice, Cooked
- 2 Cans of either Celery, Chicken, or Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Bean Sprouts
- 6 Oz. Mushrooms, Drained
- 1 Can Waterchestnuts
- 6 oz. Frozen Pea Pod or Snow Peas, Thawed

Mix all and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serves 8.
