Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Cook ground beef over moderate heat; drain off fat. Stir in sloppy joe mix, tomato paste and water. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Stir in meat, corn, 1 cup cheese. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
