Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. dark karo syrup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1 T. vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 c. pecans (heaped)

Preparation

Step 1

Boil first three ingredients until thick. Beat eggs and vanilla. Pour mixture, beating while pouring. Stir in 1 cup crushed pecans. Bake in oven at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
