GERMAN CUCUMBER TOMATO SALAD

Ingredients

• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1-2 1-2 1-2 tblsp prepared creamy mustard with dill
• 1 1 1 tblsp chopped fresh dill (optional)
• 1 1 1 tblsp cider vinegar
• 1 1 1 tblsp milk
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp black pepper
• 2 2 2 cups sliced cucumber
• 1 1 1 cup halved or quartered heirloom cherry or grape tomatoes
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup slivered red onion
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sliced radishes

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together sour cream, mustard, dill, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Add cucumber, tomato, onion, and radishes; toss to coat with dressing. Cover salad and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
