Ingredients
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup minced fresh chives
- 2 2 2 tblsp honey
- 4 4 4 cups baguette cubes
- 2 2 2 tbls unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1 1 tbls ground cumin
- 1 1 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 2 1 cups diced crisp red apple (about 1 large)
- 1 1 1 cup quartered green grapes
- 1 1 1 cup crumbled queso fresco

Step 1
Whisk together vinegar, chives and honey.
Toss together baguette cubes, butter, cumin, salt and pepper. Toast bread in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, 8-10 minutes. Let mixture cool.
Combine baguette cubes, apple, grapes, queso fresco, and vinaigrette in a large bowl.
