Ingredients

  • 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup minced fresh chives
  • 2 2 2 tblsp honey
  • 4 4 4 cups baguette cubes
  • 2 2 2 tbls unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1 1 tbls ground cumin
  • 1 1 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 1 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 2 1 cups diced crisp red apple (about 1 large)
  • 1 1 1 cup quartered green grapes
  • 1 1 1 cup crumbled queso fresco

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together vinegar, chives and honey.

Toss together baguette cubes, butter, cumin, salt and pepper. Toast bread in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, 8-10 minutes. Let mixture cool.

Combine baguette cubes, apple, grapes, queso fresco, and vinaigrette in a large bowl.
