Ingredients

    1/3 cup white wine vinegar

    cups diced crisp red apple (about 1 large)

    1 cup quartered green grapes

    1 cup crumbled queso fresco

Directions

Whisk together vinegar, chives and honey. Toss together baguette cubes, butter, cumin, salt and pepper. Toast bread in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, 8-10 minutes. Let mixture cool. Combine baguette cubes, apple, grapes, queso fresco, and vinaigrette in a large bowl.
