Roasted Grape and Ricotta Crostini

Ingredients

  • Whole red grapes
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Country bread slices, grilled
  • Ricotta
  • Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Toss grapes with olive oil, thyme sprigs, salt and pepper and roast at 450 until their skins burst, 7-9 mins. Slather slices of grilled country bread with ricotta, top with the grapes and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
