Chuy's Creamy Jalapeno Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz sour cream (can also use buttermilk)
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix powder
  • 1 handful cilantro leaves (more or less to taste)
  • 3/4 c pickled jalapeno slices (more or less to taste)

Preparation

Step 1

Put the ingredients in a blender (or use a hand mixer) and blend until smooth. Eat immediately or chill for a few hours (better, since it lets the flavors meld).
