Feta and Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 oz crumbled feta
  • 1 c low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 c chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
  • salt and pepper
  • Pretzel chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, mash together the feta, Greek yogurt and olive oil. Mix in sun-dried tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Serve with pretzel chips.
