Bacon Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. colby cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbs. prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp. white Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 fresh green onions with tops, sliced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Cut cream cheese into cubes and place in a 4- or 5-quart slow cooker. Add colby cheese, mustard, white Worcestershire sauce, green onions, and salt.

Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, then stir to melt cheese. Stir in crumbled bacon. Serve with a small size rye bread or toasted pumpernickel bread.
