DIRECTIONS
Preheat your waffle iron. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, apple cider vinegar, and canola oil until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Pour dry ingredients into wet and stir until just combined.
Spray heated waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour a generous amount of batter into the middle of the iron until it's completely covered. Cook until golden, ABOUT 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter and serve immediately.
