Ingredients
- 1 large egg room temperature
- 1 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp, dry mustard
- 1/2 cup light olive oil
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine egg, lemon, and mustard in food processor and blend until frothy
Drizzle the oil in through the top of the processor DRIP BY DRIP. DO NOT RUSH THE PROCESS.
Once you have quite a few drops in there you can pour the oil into the feed tube part if the processor to let that useful drip hole control the rate of flow for you.
Refrigerate for up to a week.
