Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 C Almond Flour
  • 1 1 1 C Flaxseed Meal
  • 7 7 7 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 C EVOO
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 t baking powder
  • 2 2 2 t minced garlic
  • 1 1 1 t salt
  • 1 1 1 t rosemary
  • 1 1 1 t red chilli flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.

Using a hand mixer, add the garlic and two eggs until the eggs are well incorporated. Continue adding two eggs at a time ensuring each addition has been incorporated before adding the next. Once all the eggs are in, add the EVOO and mix on high to incorporate air into the batter.

Grease well a 9x9 pan lined with parchment which has also been greased. Pour batter into pan and smooth top with a silicone spatula.

Bake for 25 minutes and remove from oven, using a knife lift an edge to break any suction that may have been created and remove to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely.
