Ingredients
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 2 2 2 medium avocados, diced
- 1 1 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 medium red onion, diced small
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 2 of 1 lime and 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- to salt to taste
