Preparation
Step 1
Rinse chicken, inside and out and then pat dry. Brown the chicken on all sides in oil on Saute. Add garlic, star anise, cinnamon stick, ginger sliced, soy sauce, brown sugar and water. Manual, high pressure, 25 minutes. Quick release pressure.
Suggestion: Serve with rice and vegetable like broccoli or asparagus.
