Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp romano cheese(parmesan)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 '4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp dried basil, divided
- 1 tsp dried oregano, divided
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400
Add all ingredients (reserve half of herbs for the topping at end) to a bowl and mix until combined
Spray a loaf pan with oil spray
Form the mixture into a loaf and sprinkle remaining herbs
Cook for 45 min
