Ingredients
- 2 2 2 t butter, divided
- 1 1 1 pork chop
- 2 2 2 t brown sugar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 t nutmeg
- 2 2 2 pinches salt
- 1 1 1 med apple, thinly sliced (granny smith)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 T chopped pecans, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pork chop in 1 T butter over med heat for 2-3 min, turn, cook 1-2 min. til 145 degrees.
Combine seasonings.
Remove chop and keep warm. add apple slices and spices and pecans to skillet w 1 t butter. Cook and stir until tender.
