Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 1/4 c. minute oats
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. grated coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, salt, margarine and milk in a 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring constantly with a long-handled spoon. Remove from heat. Having remaining ingredients already added together. Mix the liquid with the dry ingredients and mix for 1 minute; drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool until firm before removing to air-tight containers.
