- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs

Measure all ingredients Ito a large bowl
using a mixer beat on medium speed until smooth
bake at 350* in greased and floured cake pan
bake 40 minutes
frost cake as desired or serve plain
