Ingredients
- lb hamburger
- green peppers
- small can tomato sauce
- salt/pepper
- chopped small onion
- 1/4 c parboiled rice
- 1/4 c Progresso Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1 T chopped parsley
- egg slightly beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the meatball mixture, hamburg, seasoning, chopped onion, rice, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and egg. Clean and scoop out peppers. Stuff with meatball mixture. Roast 350 degrees for 1 hour. For last 1/2 hour cover peppers with small can tomato sauce and brown. Peppers should be tender when pricked with a fork.
