Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 24 Oreos (crushed)
• 1/4 c. melted butter
• Pie:
• 13 oz. jar marshmallow cream
• 1/4 c. milk
• 1/4 c. creme de mint flavoring
• green food coloring
• 2 c. whipping cream (whipped)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into 9-inch spring form pan. Set aside.

Put marshmallows in large bowl and add milk a little at a time mixing well. Add flavoring and coloring as desired. Fold in whipping cream; pour into prepared pie shell and freeze. Allow to thaw 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
