Ingredients

  • 2 2 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 2 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 2 2 eggs
  • 2 2 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1 1 (20) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup/or juice
  • 1 1 oz) pkg. 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups powder sugar
  • 1 1 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease & flour 9x12 baking pan.

In large bowl, mix together, flour, sugar & baking soda until well blended.
Make a well in center & add oil, vanilla, eggs, pineapple with liquid & nuts. Mix
well to blend.

Bake for 30 minutes or until pick comes out clean. Cake will be quite brown.

FROSTING: In medium bowl mix room temperature cream cheese & butter together. Then mix in powdered sugar & vanilla. Beat until creamy then spread on warm cake..
