Ingredients

  • 2 cans boneless skinless wild Alaskan Pink Salmon (Costco) drained
  • 1 can boneless skinless sardines in Olive Oil (do not drain)
  • 1 can Tuna in Olive Oil (do not drain)
  • 1 can Tina in water (drain)
  • 3-4 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 5 T mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 1/2 T Dijon mustard
  • 4-5 T fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 t+ lemon zest
  • 1/2 t+ Italian spice blend
  • 1/4 t+ hot paprika
  • 2/3 t+ dry basil
  • 2/3 t+ dry dill
  • 4 T capers
  • 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 t+ Cayenne pepper (as hot or mild as you like)
  • No added salt needed

Preparation

Step 1

In LG bowl add salmon, sardines in oil & tuna in oil. Break apart & mix together.

Add eggs & all other ingredients. Mix well by hand. Add more mayo if mixture seems too dry. Store in smaller bowl in coldest part of the refrigerator. Serve with fresh veggies, crackers or in sandwiches.
