Omelette-Vegan

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 cup tofu
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 4 4 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3 3 3 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 2 2 2 tbsp tapioca starch
  • 1 1 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients. Pour in hot, greased pan. Fold over.
