Ranch Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 4 4 chicken breasts sliced thin
  • 1 1 1 c sour cream
  • 1 1 1 c buttermilk
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 c cream cheese
  • 1 1 1 tbsp dill chopped finely
  • 2 2 2 tbsp chives choppy finely
  • 2 2 2 tbs parsley chopped finely
  • 2 2 2 cloves garlic, minced into paste
  • 12 12 12 corn tortillas cut into quarters
  • 1 1 1 c mozzarella
  • 1 1 1 c Monterey Jack
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c Parmesan shredded cheese
  • 1.5 1.5 1.5 tsp salt
  • to to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Slice chicken into thin strips and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well then set aside
In a bowl make ranch but using a whisk to mix sour cream, buttermilk,cream cheese, dill, chive, parsley, garlic the remaining salt and pepper
Spread 1/4 cup of ranch on the bottom of an 8 x 8 baking dish. Add chicken to the remaining ranch and mix well
Evenly layer half of the tortillas in a pan on top of the sauce then spread half of the chicken on top
Mix cheeses together and evenly sprinkle 1/2 of the mixture on top of chicken
Make another layer of tortillas, chicken and cheese
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until cheese on the top is golden brown and bubbly
